On-line help
Help is at your fingertips whenever you are on the site.
There is a purple 'Help' tab below the main search bar on the top right hand side of the screen. Clicking on this tab takes you into our help world. You will see various categories of help arranged around the image in the centre of the screen. These categories are also replicated on the left hand side of the screen in tabs and are listed below:

- Tutorials & tips
To get help, click on either the text around the 'HELP Explained' image or on the most appropriate tab on the left of the screen. If you're not sure which one to choose, pick JOB EXpress help. This has them all!
The help chapters will reveal themselves to you and you can select them individually according to your query. These chapters cover almost everything you need to know about using this site.
On all of these key pages, you are also able to 'search help' by keyword. This will take you to the chapters that best match your keyword and will allow you to quickly and easily find the help you need.

Email assistance is available to all of our users. To access email help click on the link HELP! and type in the details of what you need help with.
A member of our customer service team will get back to you with the answer by email within one working day.

Our direct help line for all users within Australia is 1300 653 685. This service is manned between 9am and 5pm, Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
