The Business Manager (BM) will work within a management team and is expected to:
Apply highly developed management and coaching skills to achieve both the planned and tactical business objectives of the team/product or sales process
Plan and develop the skills and behaviours of each individual AR by development and implementation of professional development plans and goals to improve the Sales teams performance and metrics
Develop, lead and maintain a cohesive, united and motivated sales force
