Our client is a global mining organisation who are urgently seeking a Senior SAP Training Lead to manage their Training Implementation team through planning & deployment of learning & performance support activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Single point of contact for all learning inquiries / issues
- Development sustainable learning plan
- Training delivery
- Support and coach the team in the execution of learning & performance activities
- Build training capability to support training deployment
Requirements:
- Solid experience as (senior) Training Lead, managing training deployment on SAP implementations
- Experience in the execution of L&D approach and strategy
- Ability to work with people across all levels, to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Experience in leading others to change within a project or ongoing operation
- Experienc in applying corporate risk & governance processes
- Ability to determine value, cost savings and efficiency in commercial decisions
Start date: immediate
Duration: until July 2011
