Our client is an Australian owned company that produces pork for the domestic market. They are looking for a person who is capable of Manager a team based in South West Queensland. To be considered for this role you will require: - 3 years industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of animal husbandry and nutritional requirements
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Understanding of QA procedures
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to plan and implement policies and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
- Qualifcation in Rural Management or Small Business Management (preferred)
