The overall objective of the BDM is to increase the company’s market share through business development initiatives and sales activities and developing a high level of market awareness. Your main duties will include: - Identifying high value new business opportunities
- Maintaining a portfolio of corporate clients
- Cross selling and upselling of solutions available to clients.
- Developing a strategic management plans for top clients
- Achieving KPI’s and managing the sales pipeline
- Attending industry events and ensure key stakeholders are kept updated of any significant change in market dynamics
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following: - Experience in sales in a B2B role in Financial Services, Professional Services or the Technology Sector
- Strong leadership skills
- Personal presence and strong influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
