The purpose of this role is to support the Directors in running an efficient service to it's clients, manage workflow and monitoring budget and cost control. Your duties will include: - Provide leadership to team members and assist with the development of new business
- Conduct personal insolvency administrations and lead intensive investigations in relation to Bankrupts and Debtors
- Ability to manage client meetings which may include the chairing of creditor meetings where authorised
- Write quality reports and recommendations to creditors
- Meeting targets and assist team members to achieve their targets
To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following: - CA, CPA or other appropriate degree
- Previous experience in an Insolvency practice
- Experience in Bankruptcy and other relevant legislation
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in managing people
